"AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Český Krumlov and next to the river. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size and clean. Our son particularly liked the glass floor in the restaurant where you can see a small stream that runs into the Vltava. One tip, if you're driving there, don't use Google maps as it takes you to the road above the hotel with no way to get down to the river side, use the Czech mapy.cz instead "

"Breakfast very disappointing - standard buffet stuff, with miniature croissants, tiny cakes etc. cooked breakfast stuff looked cheap and poor quality - I avoided it. Also room was right by the lift and stairs and was very noisy. You could hear everyone coming and going"

"Clean, beautiful rooms with classical interior design. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of options for buffet breakfast. Elevator available but still some steps required. Taxi to and from bus station approx 7 to 10 euros. No smart tv tho. Mostly czech language channels."

"The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean , at great location and close to a famous grill restaurant . The view is fantastic. Highly recommend."
