Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. We had to use our mobile data the whole stay. Other than that, it was fine and did the trick to house our group for 2 nights."

Die gesamte Ausstattung des Chalets ist jedoch etwas bescheiden, allerdings ist dies auch dem wenigen Platz geschuldet. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, der Fernseher steht etwas unglücklich am Fußende des Bettes, in der Küche wäre eine Kaffeekanne und ein Stopfen für das Spülbecken schön. "Jonathan und Natasha sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit einen stilvollen und bestens eingerichteten Chalet im alpinen Ferienort Saas-Fee. Als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen im Alter von 22 - 90 Jahren genossen wir eine Woche Skiferien, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen begleitet von den Weinen aus Jonathans Weinkeller und das gemütliche Zusammensein. Die Gastgeber, das Chalet und Saas-Fee empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter."
