"Staff was vert kind and helpful made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable bed. Our room was very large, and exceptionally clean, we even had a bicycle and a set of weights for exercising right inside our room!. We arrived at midnight from Positano, and our check in and check out was hassle free. We had to catch an early flight the next morning. The front desk staff was very professional and they reserved a reliable taxi which came right on time at 7:30 am to pick us up to go to the airport. The bellman came to help us with the luggage. Hotel highlights: Very clean, quiet, well organized, great city views from the terrace, appliances were working well, and enjoyed a cup of hot instant coffee. Shower was in excellent condition, bathroom very clean, air conditioner worked impeccably. Outside the hotel the area is a bit sketchy, but inside the hotel I felt very safe plus the location is very convenient for reaching the airport by taxi, it cost 22 euros from hotel to airport, and is only about 10 minutes away!. I recommend this hotel very highly, we would definitely comeback !"

"Close to Pompeii excavation and bus to Vesuvius. Feels like a new facility. After 5pm, there are not many tourists around, and most restaurants are empty. There is not much to do late around here. But if you want to get to Pompeii/Vesuvius early in the morning and save time on transportation it is a very good spot"

"My stay at Hotel Tiempo was terrific! The multilingual staff was so helpful (I needed them to help me with a few administrative things and they were so nice), the daily breakfast was delicious and the hotel was exactly as described. It is in a somewhat inconvenient neighborhood, but I expected that from looking at a map before I arrived. As with most things in Naples, the neighborhood looked rough, but was not so; I was a 20 minute walk to piazza garibaldi and was very easy to use as a central point for the city."
