Bad and wont recommend anyone because paying good money but air condition was not working. My entire family develop heat rashes. Everymorning someone had to come to my room to fix the air conditioner

Delusa...

Esperienza davvero deludente: porta d'ingresso chiusa, nessuna indicazione e nessuno in giro. Ho chiamato e aspettato al freddo e con la pioggia battente portata dal vento, con una bimba di 4 anni che oggi ha febbre. Ci sono state consegnate le chiavi e siamo stati accompagnati in una stanza fredda (accendere prima?!) in un'atmosfera d'albergo freddo e deserto tipo Shining. Fatta doccia calda (non erano stati messi asciugamani per la bimba: richiesti). Abbiamo dormito bene e lasciato la stanza (niente colazione nell'albergo deserto) ma lasciare il parcheggio, sotto la pioggia battente, è stata una impresa: la sbarra si alza inserendo un codice che viene comunicato alla reception. Il codice non sempre funziona (sarà la pioggia? il vento? mah) e anche al mattino, dopo vari tentativi, bisogna rientrare e chiedere aiuto alla signorina che apre con una chiave e rientra a tutta velocità. A Milano Marittima (a 120€ senza colazione e nemmeno un sorriso) si trova di meglio.
