"Flawless Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at this accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. What really made our stay special was the superb staff. A huge thank you to Laura and her male colleague at the desk (whose name escapes me, but he was fantastic!) for being so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We truly had nothing to complain about during our time here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!"

"Great welcome and a helpful staff at reception Didn't get his name but he had dark curly hair. Hotel was in an excellent location easy walking distance of all amenities, restaurants and bars etc. Ther was not a hospitality tray in the room and no kettle which was disappointing. The hotel and room were very clean and the breakfast was adequate. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfy. A safe was provided and a fridge but water and soft drinks were chargeable. Overall we would recommend for a shorts table. We were there for 2 nights before a cruise which we thought was enough time to explore Ravenne. Would stop at this hotel again if in Ravenna."

"Lovely room. The room and bathroom are small, but the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is so clean. The balcony is so nice to look at the ocean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with so many options. It is absolutely delicious! The staff are all so helpful and kind. I would love to stay again. Stay here you’ll love it."

"For me the biggest tragedy was closing the pool on Sep.20th. I chose the hotel for it. So ,please state the fact in the begging not in the end of the reservation process. The staff was helpful providing us with a kettel and muggs and extra blankets. I like to prize Frederika for being extremly Patient and helpful getting in touch with the next city hotel staff which did not speak English. She made calls several times until she got in touch and was translating the instruction to me. Keep up the good work ,Frederika! We had a great stay a d left reluctantly."
