Helpful staff particularly the reception staff with old fashioned hospitality. Check in was super fast and not fussed, offered to book local restaurant and even helped to book a local dentist when I needed help. Brilliant level of personal service can rival some big name luxury hotels we have stayed.

Nice hotel by the beach

I had a nice stay at this nice hotel located by the beach walk in Cervia. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area at the back side with a bar & restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. A comfortable stay when you just want to relax and let the days pass by.

Very recommended hotel

Had a stay with family in two rooms. The hotel is very good and the facillities are close to excellent. The service, except for female breakfast staff, is very very good. We had zero problems and the reception staff(especially the very professional and friendly Belgian woman), is truly excellent with good advices and smilling. We can truly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, facilities and staff. Room was pretty small with no mini bar for drinking/wine glasses and room service added to bill when requesting glasses and wine opener which was pretty strange as standard for most hotels!

Nice position, clean and nice personal, i recommend anyone who likes to go to that region but its expensive to be 4 stars hotel. I found strange that there wasn't any bottle of water when we arrived and you have to pay it if you want.

Camera spaziosa, bellissima e davvero pulitissima, balconcino vista mare davvero bello e arredato molto bene. Personale gentile e affidabile. Ottimo l'angolo bar e colazione in salottino bellissimo. Punto forte della struttura è la piscina con idromassaggio splendido. Ottimo anche il design esterno . Colazione buonissima ricca di ogni genere, forse il caffè pecca un po' , ma il resto tutto ottimo . A che la zona ristorante è bella e si mangia molto bene. Soddisfazione appieno

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Service. Lage, Frühstück und Poolbereich sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Ottimo hotel, pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che nelle zone comuni. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet con tantissima scelta e alta qualità di prodotti. Piscina con zona idromassaggio molto curata e funzionante. Servizio bar e ristorante a bordo piscina con molte scelte. Prezzo qualità molto vantaggioso ci ritorneremo senz’altro.
