"The only knock I would give the hotel was location. It was a safe area but nothing to walk to - surrounded by office buildings. But there was always a taxi waiting to take you anywhere! The breakfast was a great value! I would stay here again!"

"Great people working there. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. I highly recommend getting that every morning during your stay when you book. Awesome location next to multiple subway stops, right down the street are the cruise terminals, and they have luggage storage if you arrive early or leaving later after check out"

"Everything was excellent at this hotel. We were in room 423 in which the shower leaked on to the floor outside the shower creating a mess. Known issue to the hotel staff but not addressed. Required extra towels to soak up the water."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay here. They upgraded us to a beautiful, renovated room with a very large terrace and outdoor shower. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located on a beautiful avenue very close to public transportation and main sights and with lots of shopping. The breakfast was on the pricier side but very good nonetheless. I would definitely stay here again."
