Hotel Al Campanile - Luxury Suites & Apartments

"Our stay at Al Campanile in Baveno was amazing! The hotel, itself, was wonderful with a perfect location for walking to the waterfront, but Costanza, who welcomed us at check-in, made it perfect! She was warm, friendly and extremely helpful to us when we arrived and throughout our time at the hotel. She communicated with us prior to arriving, procured parking onsite for us, and generally provided any information we needed to enjoy the beautiful town, including restaurant recommendations and water taxi services to the three islands off of the coast. What a lovely human being she is; someone who will remain a highlight of our entire two-week trip to Italy (and we were only in Baveno for two days)! Many thanks, Costanza!"

"The hotel is gorgeous. Very elegant. Felt like living in a palace. The staff were satisfactory but not very personable. It felt like the staff were aware of the luxurious nature of the hotel and acted removed. Maybe there is no way around it. We felt more personally taken care of in smaller boutique hotels. The breakfast was nice and rich. The communal areas of the hotel were very pretty and elegant. There is definitely a trade off in this hotel between the luxury and person-ability of the experience."

"Gorgeous view with room overlooking the lake and the beach. Stunning hotel ,like stepping back to the belle epoc but with all up to date and lovely public spaces, patios, garden, beach , pool. Nice food, great bar, lovely service all around. Highly recommend!"
