"Like many properties in Florence, the rooms seem a little worn and do with a re-do. However the staff was great, and helpful, and the location very good. Overall we were happy with the choice. Polish up the rooms an bet and upgrade the pillows and linens and this would be 5 star. "

Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The hotel was a bit pricey but to be expected for the location. "
