"Excellent hotel conveniently located just 15 min away from Tocumen airport. Not far from downtown. 15 min without traffic. Rooms were nice and beds super comfy. Hotel restaurant was good and staff very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"Pre trip info was very good about pick up. Told to call or use What's App upon arrival. None of my messages were acknowledged. Finally had to call hotel; no one spoke English. told I would be picked up. Had to call a second time. Vehicle had no markings to let me know I was being picked up by hotel. A Taxi person helped me identify the vehicle. 40 minutes from sending first message that I was ready until I was picked up. At hotel I had to wait while staff dealt with unhappy couple...

"This condo offers great location, beautiful views and I could say it is comfortable. A few down falls, the locations needs some maintenance to ensure all works as expected, nothing major. Communication is delayed until you are staying there. Using biometrics to open doors doesn’t always work, but there are work arounds, I ended parking outside most of the time."
