"This precious property is located directly on the river and you can hear the waterfalls from the bedroom windows! The sweet sounds of the coquis are like lullabies after a day exploring this treasure. Will stay again."

"Localidad espectacular, espacios a utilizar super limpios, la anfitriona y su staff UN 20/10! Gracias!!"

"El mejor local que visitado gracias mil"

"Everything makes us feel like home"

"Very nice, clean property. The communication with the host was excellent and friendly. Ideal for privacy in a neighborhood setting very close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend."

"El lugar estaba muy limpio y satisfactoriamente práctico."

"We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plenty to do nearby and if you wanted to do things farther, it was easy thanks to the access to highway. Amenities were...

"I enjoyed the stay. The home was in a good central location for where I wanted to go while in PR. The room was clean. Easy to check in. The room had everything I needed. A hot plate to cook, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and mouthwash, parking, and more. Definitely worth the price. I’d stay here again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which contributed to a great night’s sleep. I would gladly...

"OMG. We loved this place. So serene and relaxing. We loved being able to dip into the pool whenever we wanted and it didn't matter how loud we played the music - there were no neighbors nearby. The view was phenomenal. The big surprise was the waterfall in the pool at night. Would definitely stay here again."

"Muy limpio y organizado , el único detalle fue que renté para 3 personas y solo la cama matrimonial tenía su ropa en cambio el sofá cama no tenía ningún tipo de ropa tuvimos que salir a Walmart a comprar cobija ."

"We cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Everything was perfect we were close to everything we wanted to do. Close to Walmart for food and fast food if you need a bite to eat on the go, close to the beaches, and the zip lines, atv park and natural water slides. We stayed 5 days with three teen kids, my husband and myself- we loved the views, the beds were comfortable and the ac was cold when we wanted it (mainly just at night). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for...

"This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!"

"House was exactly as pictured. Location was in an adorable area but a little far up in mountains. No complaints. A/C worked well, water pressure fantastic and all amenities worked!"

"First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!"

"Host was very accesible and communicative and worked proactively to fix inconvenience. The power was out in the vicinity upon arrival but property had solar panels so that was a plus."
