"This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. It has a spacious double bedroom, however the other sleeping option is a sofa bed in the small lounge which makes space very tight when there are four adults (2 separate couples). "L’appartement est splendide et fonctionnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont un grand atout surtout quand on a un bébé. La vue est magnifique. On s’est énormément ressourcé. Il faut une voiture par contre, c’est mieux, Annecy a 20 min. "

"Our family enjoyed our stay here. It’s a clean, comfortable space in a quiet condo complex very near the lake. No road noise, which we appreciated. Great balcony, very functional kitchen, conscientious management."

"We had an enjoyable stay at Feet in the water. The views are stunning and we liked Duingt, a quiet area away from the bustle of Annecy but easy to get back to on the bus. General condition of the Apartment is tired, everything worked but could do with a refresh. The advertised private entry to the lake is unusable due to no steps down, and the uneven rocks below. No hand rail on the tight staircase and only an upstairs WC. Not a problem for the young and fit, but might be for the less able. The...

"Very well-equipped and roomy lodgings in a residential area of Annecy. The apartment is actually a 3 BR 1.5 BA. There is only one shower. Thomas and Marie and colleagues were very responsive and collaborative."
