"We needed to break our drive to Paris and we were so lucky to find this authentic country hotel outside of Moulins. It has a charming eclectic decor and lovely owners. We had a good evening meal and breakfast and a comfortable nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. "

Would consider using again, but might look for options slight closer to the centre of Montlucon. We were only staying for one night on our way south through France. Les negociations ont duré 1h10, impossible d'avoir de l'aide via le service client qui ne traite que par chat, nous avons perdu patience ayant roulé toute la journee, il faisait plus de 30° ce jour là. Finalement on nous a attribué une chambre. Nous déplorons cet incident qui nous a gâché la soirée et le manque d'aide du service...
