"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest! But the weirdest thing of all was we were locked out on our balcony due to doors closed (to keep out mosquitoes) and once doors closed they...

"Totally bare facility. AC not found or not working. Had to rent linen. Not a hotel but a rental apartment where you have to bring everything with you except for the bed itself. "

"Room excellent although free wi-fi only seemed to work in reception in the other complex. Staff described as English speaking didn't understand much and didn't offer much in the way of helpful tourist info. Main pool excellent however chairs in pool area only appeared on the last day. Would go back though."
