"Nice home, worked well for our family of four."

"This house is in a very nice part of Elkhorn, Nebraska. It is pretty far out on 204th Street which we didn't know until already booked but, we certainly felt safe there. I had to contact the owner a few times about various things and always got a response. You may want to consider creating a binder with pertinent info such as wifi password, instructions for checkout (ie-strip beds and put linens in laundry room, start dishwasher, etc). Our kids LOVED the large back yard with the very plush...

"We had a pleasant stay over all. The grill was a little difficult to start but my husband was able to get it lit. Fire pit and spacious backyard was pretty nice. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and prepare meals (super convenient as it is close to the grocery store). Kitchen could use newer knives/can opener but we make do with what was there (just note to bring your own just incase, we usually do but forgot this time). Overall a budget friendly spot for families of 5 or less. The neighborhood...

"Truly enjoyed this home during our stay in Omaha. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The location is terrific, quiet and peaceful neighborhood nice for walking with a small park and community pool in the center. Close enough to highway access and shopping. The home was very clean and spacious and our kids really enjoyed the clean and bright basement with ping-pong and basketball. Everything is updated and there were plenty of supplies, towels, etc. and a nice welcome...

"This was a great place for our familiy to stay while visiting Lincoln. The location was convenient, and the house was clean and beautiful. Neighborhood was quiet. I'm sure we'll stay here again!"

"We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper."
