There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking"

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"
