"I had a very enjoyable stay and my experience remained positive throughout. The check-in process was smooth, and although I arrived early, the staff were happy to store my luggage until my room was ready. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they quickly provided an iron and ironing board when requested.
My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a fantastic view over the Warsaw skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay.
What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The reception staff were always helpful, and on the day of departure they kindly assisted me in booking a taxi to the airport, making my journey home much easier.
