The apartment was spotless when we arrived. You could tell great care was taken to make it a hygienic and welcoming place. This attention to detail, from the sparkling surfaces to the fresh linens, was a huge relief and a great start to our trip. ​The amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to cook our own meals. Having a washing machine and other modern comforts was a major plus. It felt like a true home away from home, and we had everything we could possibly need. ​The location was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was vibrant and charming, and we were within easy walking distance of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The proximity to public transport also made it simple to get to all the main attractions like the Duomo. The area felt safe and secure, day or night. ​Finally, the communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were super responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked. The check-in instructions were clear, and they quickly answered any questions we had, providing excellent local recommendations. Their professionalism made our trip even better. ​"
