I chose the “Pay at Property” option when I booked my stay, only to see that they tried to charge my card before I even landed in Seattle. I did not like that at all. That option is there for a reason, if confirmation is needed that a person will still be arriving, then I would suggest sending an email or phone call to confirm stay the night before. "We liked everything about the Casino and Hotel except our neighbors. Midnight to 3:30am the gambling moved to the room next door. Didn’t get a good night sleep due to noise both nights. Will consider a different hotel. "

"It started out with a rocky start, but after talking to the desk personnel. It was a god trip. Although I wouldn’t call it a queen bed. "

"While the property and room were acceptable and we enjoyed our stay, the bathroom for was very slick. Whether we were wearing socks or not, the bathroom tile was slick my girlfriend nearly fell while using the toilet and I almost slipped trying to brush my teeth. We ended up putting towels on the floor to avoid any potential injury. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. "

"We had an early morning tournament near by so this place was great for what we needed. The only 2 things I didn’t really like was the pillows (that unfortunately seems to be standard across the industry now) and how loud the shower is. We were up at 5:30 in the morning and it hurt my ears how loud it was. I’m sure the people in the room next to us probably hated it more.
