"I stay here everytime I’m on my way south. The rooms are nice and everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s great too because it’s right off of Rt. 77 and the Ohio river in Marietta. Their breakfast is a good variety. Plenty of parking and it’s well lit so you feel safe. It’s also very close to shopping."

"Great property. It is impossible not to relax. Beds and linens were top rate. Furniture was all very comfortable and good looking. Kitchen was well stocked. Great stay!"

"1 - No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Mirror fogs up when using shower. 2 - HVAC - Very noisy when it is running. 3 - Hallway temperature is very cold (59 degrees reading) on the 3rd floor thermostat located near elevators. 4 - checkout - There was no one at registration desk at 7:35 am to check me out. Problem is I was required to leave a deposit of $100.00 on a credit card to cover anything I might need. With no one there, how am I getting that deposit refunded or removed from that card? 5 - Lack of food service in the whole area doesn’t warrant a return visit."

"This place has renovated bathrooms, nice clean rooms, the laminate flooring is new, clean, and the furniture is modern. However, the bathroom floor, inside door and wall were dusty. The plush blanket was soft, but had cigarette holes in it. The building does not have elevator, just stairs but are accessible. I specifically liked the fact that the bathroom sink and tub look so good new. The room is cleaner due to the laminate flooring and the outside building is newly painted. I would really come back to this place for a one night stop."
