Downside, had a lizard in the room, obviously entered by the AC,but disconcerting, where reported the man couldn’t help as couldn’t leave front desk. Otherwise pool and jacuzzi clean. Breakfast basic but adequate. Would recommend hotel as a base"

"we like to visit small towns with nature trails Chiefland has quite a few. Fanning, and Manatee springs and Swannee state parks Excellent trails for everyone. We also ate in Fowler's Bluff treasure camp restaurant right on the Swannee River. Great food and wonderful service"
