"Nice property. Very clean and great staff at breakfast location! Check in was easy, staff at checkin may need little more training. She was “too” professional and literal(i think). As we were checking in my wife asked if she can get the bottled water from the market, she said “you have to pay for it”. Ofcourse we were going to pay….that’s why we asked so that she can add it to the room. Otherwise a wonderful hotel!"

"Our stay was great. This is where we come to stay when we come to Lynchburg. This hotel is an amazing place to relax & lay your head down. The only complaint I have is the mattress was really firm but I got used to it the second night. The staff was amazing & prompt on everything. I'm looking forward to staying here again."

"It was easy to check in, room was nice, and clean. Had to go to desk to ask for more towels since there was three of us, but nog a big deal. There wax alot of noise in hallway late at night and the free breakfast was kind of a let down. Only offered cold cereal and waffles. Also couldn't understand that we couldn't take coffee or juice to room, but room had refrigerator and microwave in it. Also had some ants in room. Also a bug and insect trap in room."
