"This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all so helpful and nice. Food at the hotel was great and there are so many options of great local restaurants all within walking distance. You can literally walk out the doors and your in the downtown mall area. My only complaint which is not the hotels fault but there seemed to be a lot of homeless people in the downtown mall area but they didn’t bother anyone at all so it wasn’t a huge deal. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch, really enjoyed relaxing in there. Oh and the Bar inside the hotel has great drinks. This is the only place I’ll be staying when I visit Charlottesville. "

"This was GREAT for our stay!! Prince, who is the manager, was WONDERFUL, as was his staff!! Our room was clean, and actually it looked as if the hotel had a recent facelift. One elevator was down, but there were others available, so it really wasn't an issue. The dining options are limited in the immediate area (Starbucks across the street and a Subway), however, Prince recommended a place about 10-15 minutes away called Crab de Jour which was FANTASTIC!!! Other sites had reviews that made me a bit nervous, and that was pointed out to me after I had already booked, but thankfully, I didn't experience any of the negative concerns. Again, we had a GREAT stay and I will gladly stay there again!"
