"Exelente la estadía, todo limpio, muy buena vista a la ciudad y las montañas. Muy bonitas areas verdes dentro de la propiedad y clima muy fresco (bueno para ir con niños). "If I could, I would have stayed longer in this establishment. The pictures and description does not do justice to this amazing place. The rooms are old but in reasonable state, and they are clean. The breakfast is good and with a perfect view over the garden. The garden is the best thing about the place. The property is actually like an island with a small old metal bridge and it is full of mutiple species of Heliconia and also a nice untouched forest for small walk and discovery. We saw both...

"Ken and Alejandra have built a mountain paradise. The accommodations are first rate and their grounds are amazing. The breakfasts are excellent with fresh grown and made foods. It is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They are in the mountains north of San Jose. We had a rental car and no problems moving around. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Finca Paraiso!"

"I was in Coasta Rica for dental implants and it was conviently located close to necessities and very affordable. I did a lot of walking around the area, even at night and never once felt unsafe. There is a McDonalds a convenience store and a great taco place a short walk away. Close to downtown SanJose. "

"This is a beautiful place. After a week of travelling around Costa Rica, this was a quiet and restful place to prepare for our trip home. The birds and butterflies were very busy in the morning, and the view is very beautiful. It is located less than one hour from the San Jose airport, and the town of San Ramon has many options for dining. The hosts were excellent, and a delicious typical Costa Rican breakfast was provided, including perfect gallo pinto. I highly recommend Casa Amanecer."
