"The hotel was very cozy and welcoming. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, respectful, and friendly all the time. The room was very nice and clean, everything organized and comfortable. All the amenities were clean and organized, and the breakfast area and the food was just exceptional, not to mention that the staff was checking all the time to make sure the guest have everything they need. I totally recommend Kozy Hotel."

"Was here for Browns preseason game. Easy walk to the Soldiers Field stadium from The Congress hotel. Our suite was quaint. The hotel is old but there are some nice lake views to be had. Shower drained slowwwwwwww. Maids didn't leave wash cloths one time but overall, not a bad experience. Will probably stay here again."
