"What a fantastic hotel! Upon arrival, they took our bags and rather than queueing they led us to a seat, gave us cold water and a cold compress. We stayed on the 58th floor and we Paid for for the lounge access which I think is well worth it. Rooms were spacious, had a seperate lounge area, huge bathroom with a bath and shower. "Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"
