"Make sure to reach out to the owner/property manager at least a day before your stay to make arrangements with his on-site contact person for access to the building. It's a large residential type apartment building. If you don't speak Thai, try to at least have a smartphone with a translation app. The room I had is not pictured on Orbitz, but it's very similar in terms of the size, furniture, etc. Room is clean and the AC is very good. "⸻The location is at the end of the street, but it’s still very convenient to get around. There are motorbike taxis right in front of the building just 15 baht to BTS Bang Chak. The room is very clean and has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in was quick and easy"
