The only thing they don’t have is a beach umbrella so bring one or be prepared to purchase one at one of the beach stores cause there is no place to rent one. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. "It was quiet and easy to get to. Free parking and enough parking that we did not have to worry if there would be a spot when we returned. It was near what we need to be near. Pool is small but was not busy so was perfect for us. Only downfall is no balcony or place to sit outside. Bar and restaurant made good food. I would stay there again. "

"Bad: Minor stuff that was easily addressed by a call to the front desk. In our room phones didn’t work via handsets and maid service plugged the bedside lamps into the non-switched outlet. Great: Everything else was excellent! The entire staff was superb. I Specifically want to single out the spa and beach… SPA: Excellent facility, fantastic amenities, kind helpful staff, my wife and I had an excellent couples massage; can’t say enough about the spa and staff. LIDO BEACH: The Beach Club is 3.3 miles from the hotel, but they have a bus that leaves every hour. It’s one of the best beaches I’ve visited in a long time. The staff was very attentive, food and drinks delivered to your lounge beachside; I could go on but you get the picture. In summation, if you can afford it, you’ll definitely come away relaxed and recharged. "
