"We had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Hotel. It is very central in Sliema and is a short distance to the ferry which gives access to Valletta in 5 minutes. I could not fault my stay at this hotel. We had a seafront room and the views were spectacular. The staff are so attentive and could not do enough for you. A special thanks to Anu who was such a nice girl and always took time to speak with a lot of the guests. The food was delicious with a good selection and even though it was a buffet breakfast if you ever asked the staff for anything they would go and get it for you. A lot of hotels would have directed you to get it yourself. That is good customer service. A lot of nice touches, like Barista making a range of coffees, Fresh orange machine and small trays to carry things (sounds like a small thing but when you are trying to carry teapots, plates and glasses it made it so much easier and you didn't have to keep going back to pick up things! This holiday was a 60th Birthday treat for me and I was met with balloons and a beautiful cake when I checked into my room, such a lovely touch. I will definitely be back and would have no hesitation recommending them. I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and because I am now a Gold member I received 25% of Food & Beverages on one occasion. All in all from booking to staying everything was seamless."

"Front desk attendant were great. Cleaning lady on the 10th floor did a great work to keep our room clean. We got two rooms with a very reasonably price including breakfast and next door hotel good gym. It’s in a great location if you want to enjoy the night life and restaurants."

The only minor negative is a bit of construction going on across the road, but that seems to be the normal all throughout Malta at the moment. "No faults at all with this hotel, right on the harbour front with amazing views of Valletta, it is on a main road so noise is to be expected but once the patio doors are shut you can’t hear anything! Staff very friendly and helpful, it was my partners birthday and without asking decorated the room on the day of her birthday, just a nice little touch. Rooms very clean, has everything you need and a good hairdryer, tea coffee milk sugar topped up daily, amazing air con and rooms really stylish. Super king bed really comfortable with big comfy pillows, breakfast is your normal buffet style so; scrabbled egg, hard boiled egg, danish bacon, sausages, Heinz beans, then you have the option of difference breads, pastries and fruits and salads. Also do gluten free options on request but ask before you come. Would 100% stay here again "
