Also, thanks to **Gupta** for the warm welcome at check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
