2 bedroom, 2 full bath, fenced secured landscaped private back yard, single car garage, and 3 parking spaces. Safe, clean, friendly and pride of ownership. This a very Quiet, clean, pleasant family neighborhood of owner occupied homes surrounding the duplex. Very small town feel. Neighbors are pleasant and love living in the area. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A rental agreement is listed in detail under house rules, the space and other details to note.
