"Everything was fabulous except the woman at the front desk that checked us in. She was very short with us and told us we would receive a text message when our room was ready. That message was never sent. Instead when we went to check in with another person, she told us rooms were all ready a while ago. The gentlemen working the valet were the best! So friendly, helpful and hustled to get our car each time!"

"This was my second time staying here while we visit Hershey Park. The room was comfy & clean. I had a small issue with my shower and the woman at the front desk immediately sent maintenance to handle it. Breakfast is amazing...we LOVE the waffle makers."

"I loved that the room had bunk beds, it was the main reason I booked it. The room was enough for what we needed: a place to rest and sleep after driving in for 7 hours, space to get ready for a formal event and rest and sleep afterwards before heading back home. The amenities are great, even though we didn't use them. What could have been better? A second or full body mirror and a vent in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a good stay."
