Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"We had a beautiful, large room with a balcony facing the ocean. We have never spent so much time on a hotel balcony. It was a great place hang out, and we enjoyed a glorious sunset. The location is great - an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Nye Beach. Our only complaint is that breakfast was a real disappointment. There is no breakfast room. You need to grab a tray, load it with packaged breakfast cereal, yogurt, or muffin, grab a cup of coffee, and take it back to your room. For such a nice hotel, that was an unpleasant surprise."
Waldport Bayfront Hotel and Restaurant

"While we understand that the property has recently changed hands, the grounds were a mess. The dumpster was in the parking lot along with mattresses and sofas being discarded. It was an eyesore. The waterfront side was in disarray and the pool was out of order. And the bedroom pillows were not to our satisfaction. However it was quiet and peaceful. It was fun watching folks fishing from the shore."

"Nice pool, jacuzzi and restaurant and bar onsite. Gorgeous outdoor views and walking trails right out your door. Walking distance to “Main Street”. Room was clean except walls and doors had grease/dirt that needed a once over. Overall solid hotel but not perfect."

"It was all perfect, except what may have been a smoke alarm. It was located on the ceiling very close to the sleeper sofa and I had that blue light shining in my face all night."

"The location is wonderful although reaching the beach is tough for elderly or infirm. The location with Georgie's restaurant next door is a big plus. I found the TV operating instructions were confusing although staff came and go it running."

"While the property looks a bit dated from the outside, our room was newly renovated with new paint and fixtures. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. Enjoyed our stay and would be perfect for a gathering of friends. Extremely family and pet friendky"
