"We loved our stay at Casa Pearla. It is an adorable, restful, well appointed place with a patio to enjoy the hummingbirds. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with some thoughtful gifts from our host. Excellent location, close to Old Town and Hotel Albequerque. Two car garage, washer dryer, 1.5 bathrooms. Communication with our host was timely and excellent. One of the best stays I have had in a VRBO! "We so enjoyed our time staying here. The front faces west, so breakfast on the patio was so pleasant and relaxing. We did have 4 adults, so having 2BR/2BA was super helpful. Since there is a working fireplace that takes up one corner of the room, sitting so we could converse was challenging, but completely doable. There is a couch that seats 3 and a chair plus 3 counter stools. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure, and the AC worked great. We didn't do any cooking, but we did find...

"This is a condo in a gated complex. It was clean and quiet, updated and very enjoyable. It was about an 8 minute walk to the square. Everything was perfect!"

"My friend flew in from Tulum, I came in from Portland and we visited some of our favorite places from when we lived in ABQ 20 years ago as well as some new great finds. This house is comfortable, charming, clean and walking distance to the Rio Grande (just down Mountain), Old Town, Saw Mill Market and so many yummy restaurants. Plus the home comes with a fabulously full cherry tree!"
