"The hotel had nice rooms but they could have used a little extra cleaning. Carpets in the room needed a good vacuum and the hallways had many stains.
Oddly there was no facecloths in the bathroom and we thought they had just gotten missed but when our room was refreshed there still wasn’t any. Speaking of the daily service of rooms, the garbage can was emptied and new towels. Beds were not made and the coffee service was not refilled.
The front desk staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable and check in and out was quick.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lots of good choices and we all enjoyed it."
