"Charming accomodations with nice features such as new appliances including a new large fridge and tiled shower. We thought the beds were very comfortable. Located on a dead end street, so no traffic and across from the police station so felt safe. The host was extremely prompt, responsive and helpful . We would definitely stay again!"

"Communication was excellent with owner. The pool was alot of fun. The house was very clean. 2 fridges were awesome. Lots of bathrooms! The reason i did not give it a 5 is the living room sits 6 with very uncomfortable furniture and the dining room sits 6 with higher chairs, not good for kids and many of the beds were very warped and old. The weekend we were there it snowed and snowed. Lovely but no one came to shovel us out so bring your own shovels (and chairs)"

"The cabin was better than the listing! Kitchen is huge, with an amazing amount of cabinet and counter space. Love the island, and up to date appliances!! Lots of living space. Bedrooms were comfy and the loft is such a plus, my grandson loved the birds eye view of the inside;). We were visited by turkeys, and squirrels. Fire pit and patio were much appreciated! "The lake home and guest house were perfect for our family. The outside seating on the deck was a favorite of ours every morning and evening. We rented the pontoon and really enjoyed the lake. It was on such a beautiful lake, the house itself was updated, kitchen stocked, whole house was spotless, flat maintained lawn for yard games,!and all the beds were extremely comfortable. "The property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the town of Perham where you can grab groceries or hit some boutiques. Renting the pontoon was easy and the fishing was great. We used the kayaks and the paddle board. We also had a nice fire - super nice to have the chopped wood right there. We used the grill for dinner and had a family table tennis tourney later on. The bedrooms and living room are spacious. Kitchen appliances are new and cupboards are well stocked...

"This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). "This was a last minute, save the anniversary getaway from complete disappointment, back up. Our resort cabin plans had fallen through when we arrived at the resort so we had to find something close and fast. This establishment looked good and it was good. The staff was nice enough but greetings and smiles had to be sought out - they weren't offered freely. Maybe they were tired or just having a not great day, but it's always nice to be greeted with a cheery "hello, welcome to ..." and a "Good morning, how did you rest last night?" and we didn't get that until after we started the conversation. "
