"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"So welcoming and helpful! I arrived way too early and was allowed an early check in with a room upgrade, my room was so comfortable and the view was wonderful. Absolutely loved the area, walking distance to Frida Kahlo's house as well as to the market and restaurants. I spent a wonderful day and evening here!"
