"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"

"Loved it all. Not posh not top class but very friendly staff, comfy bed, the pool is welcome and refreshing and the selection at brekkie perfect for us. Be aware the smaller rooms are small if you have big bags but they do have bigger rooms. Lots to see and do in the area. We can recommend and we hope to return. "

"Washer is broken, tv is broken, ac barely works, and the wifi is some of the worst reliability ive seen in SE Asia. If you are a digital nomad/ expat do not stay here. Wifi would disconnect/ outage 10 times a day, often for 5-10 minutes at a time."
