"If you like southern breakfast, they have it with hot savory grits, sausage or bacon, biscuits, gravy, & scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit, cold cereals, & a variety of breads & breakfast pastries. The staff is very friendly and courteous for check in and out. The 1714 Bar usually is busy with lively conversations on the weekends. It’s a close walk to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame & Museum, and many local shops on Front Street, as well as the historic riverfront view of Cane River Lake."
