"Our stay was pleasant. I can tell that they renovated this hotel but its one that if those renovation arent kept up the hotel will go down hill fast. It smelled good and breakfast was the typical breakfast most hotels provide. We checked in late around 9 process was easy front desk was nice and professional. I felt safe in this area. It is right by the highway so you can hear traffic."

"The place was very clean and well-appointed. The motel seemed decently full by the time I got there well into the wee hours of the morning. I was put into a handicapped room. The side of the bed closest to the door was well-used & noisy. Much to my delight, the side of the bed more difficult to get into was essentially brand-new. Got a great night's sleep! It did smell like smoke in my room in spite of the no smoking rules. I left the door open for a half hour or so and aired it out."

"The pictures are not like the hotel. It seemed like most things were damaged or stolen. No phone, no fridge, no lamp shades, shower curtain rod was completely broken, desk was missing drawers, no cable or anything on the tv. Ect.... Went down to tell them about the cable and was told someone would come with one and no one showed up. Went down later for toilet paper and towels waiting and walking around for 20 minutes i gave up. Watch out for the mattresses too. The springs are sticking out and...

"Other reviews I have read refer to a guy named John. This was my second stay there and I saw no John. The lady at the front desk spoke very little English and had me speak into her phone to translate, but she was very courteous. The room was clean. The cable box was actually there on the TV, unlike last time. The only problem we had was the slow drain in the shower."

"My car broke down just outside Abilene and I had to stay for three days while it was being repaired. I can't say enough good things about the people that work at this Super 8 and how nice and helpful they were during this time. The hotel was very clean, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, but I want to emphasize how much the people that were working there while I stayed made an impact.
