Hyatt Regency New Brunswick
5/5 Excellent
"I stayed at this hotel on Sunday. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the rooms are large. I recommend purchasing parking and breakfast for $30, because it's more expensive at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, Check-in was super fast, and the room was ready at 3 p.m.
Things I didn't like: the pool was dirty, the room balcony was dirty, the air conditioning was the biggest problem, at night around 11 pm I called reception to have it fixed, my god what bad customer service, I was left waiting until 1 am, waiting for the girl who was at reception early morning on Sunday the 25th to send me a technician, I called twice and she never sent one both times, the room was super hot, we slept very hot and super uncomfortable.
They have very bad customer service, you call them and they cut you off and you have to call back, and in the end they leave you waiting.
