"Room 1011 is nice with 2 windows facing city towards other tall buildings but not close, so we can still have privacy, loved our room, shower and bathroom could be a little roomier, but shower water pressure is great, wish room wasn’t carpeted, would feel cleaner that way. "Can't beat the location. Central Jakarta with easy access to Grand Indonesia and close to Plaza Indonesia. Staff hospitality and service was amazing as usual. It's our 3rd stay here and although the rooms are a bit dated, they are big, clean and comfortable. "

"Bedding not comfortable, toilet flooring wet unable to keep dry no drainage. Lift card system very difficult to operate , numerous others guest have problems too going up. "

"Good standard hotel near Gajah Madah area. Gajah Madah plaza within walk-able distance which has good eateries, shopping and a Cinema. The restaurant at the hotel offers local food at reasonable rates."

"The lift, the walkway corridor and toilet have an unpleasant smell. The room was very spacious and comfortable but the breakfast buffet is terrible. The food has alot of variety but very bland and ask for a plain scramble egg never come at all. Some of the staffs are friendly but others dont even smile. Will not go back again."

On the first night a man who took the same elevator stalked me and call me on the room phone like so many times and told me he wanted to go to my room and talk with me, so I was really scared and asked for a help to the front desk. They listened to me very politely and changed my room. As a whole I liked this hotel, but just one point, I found some stains on the bed sheet, and I didn’t like it."
