"We came for the races at Knoxville and had a wonderful time. The access to the house was great. The cleanliness and everything about the property was comfortable and very enjoyable. The game room was a great time too. Wish we had time to utilize all the opportunities outside. When we come back to Knoxville we hope to rent again and stay longer. There was always a quiet nook somewhere. The house exudes comfort. We also appreciated the decorations for the holidays. "
