"The location is great. Rooms are modern and reasonably spacious."

"While booking it said a/c and at the front desk they said there’s no A/c in the hotel. After some time she said there’s a cancellation of other a/c room and she said it will cost extra 280 francs. So we end up paying extra 280 francs. Not happy paying that much for nothing"

When I booked it was not mentioned anywhere. Breakfast was terrible. I barely could eat anything . Staff was helpfull and nice though."

"It was great room and view very convenient to both Interlaken OST and West and shopping. We enjoyed the space and the lounge area. Staff was efficient. The view of the mountains was the best. The paragliders were right in front of the hotel. Of course there is no AC so it was very hot inspite of the fan."

"Great staff and beautiful space. Right in the middle of everything in Interloken. Big breakfast with lots of options and all the kinds of coffee. My complaint is common to many euro hotels - heat. Out room was over 80 degrees when we went to bed and climber to 90 in the morning when the sun came through the window. Sure we could open the window and use the fan but then we'd have to deal with flies. If the hotel had and equal number of fans as bed or, Gd forbid, install air conditioning,...
