"Property was disgustingly dirty. I was given 3 different rooms, all of which were nasty. There was smeared dried feces on the bathroom floor of the final room. I refused to stay at this hotel and demanded to check out with a full refund (which I am still battling for). There was no front desk staff on site; guest are handled by a worker via a kiosk with two way video. The worker was not helpful at all. I do not understand how this property has such good ratings. It’s disgusting."
"This Motel 6 was run down and mildly scary. The front glass door window was cracked on one side, and stuck on the other. The room smells faintly of smoke (better than my friend's room that smelled faintly of pee), and had small holes in the wall where something had been removed. It was serviceable, but not well maintained."

The Two rooms they attempted to have us stay in were FILTHY. NASTY stains on the covers, handwritten stuff on a wall, old, lousy paint.
The pool was out of order and filled w7th algae. A real sweeter birthing place.
When we decided Not to stay, the guy at the desk was OK. He checked each room to be sure we didn't damage (or steal?) anything. When we canceled, he charged us $15 "Maid fee" which is laughable. I didn't argue. I'll take that up with our credit card company or Expedia."
