"Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after...

This home was spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, etc! My only beef was with Vacasa customer service but that has nothing to do with this rental. "My husband and I came to Indy for the weekend for supercross. We wouldn’t be able to check in until after midnight, which I let Kevin know. He assured me it would be no problem and if I did encounter issues he would be available. We get to the property (by the way, no unit numbers on the buildings as far as I could see but it was dark so could be wrong), and the code to get into the rental is not working. I call him several times and text to no avail. I then contact VRBO who says they are...

"The property manager is seriously so kind and helpful. The place is clean and great but she makes it all even better."

"I never had any response from the property manager before the reservation, though I r ached out multiple times. Final he answered the phone over an hour after our check in time, and told me they just got it ready. The space inside was nice and big. However, there were no amenities like hand soap, extra blankets or the like. There wasn't even a top sheet on the bed and the only sheet on there had a cigarette burn in it. I had to text the property manager to get the WiFi password which was stated...

"This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. Outstanding hosts….will be returning if ever in the area again. The Spark next door has excellent coffee as well. Thank you!"

"This was a lovely, well appointed condo in a gated community in the country just south of Bloomington. It has a large deck looking out onto Lake Monroe. Four of us went for the Eclipse and it was a good experience. Everyone at Hills O' Brown, the company that rents it, was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and, overall it was quite peaceful. It was a nice place to get away from it all for a few days and I'd recommend it."

"We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again."
