"Very much worth the price! Well maintained for how old it seemed. Can tell they put in new tub, (which was very deep and made me very happy!) new toilet and light fixture. Only wish there was a side table lamp. The top light was insanely bright 🌞. I would definitely stay here again. Although my husband felt it was too rustic. "

"The Evergreen is an attractive property. I especially thank them for getting the bed height right in the handicap accessible room(s). Not too high and not too low. Perfect! The beds were very comfortable too. Front desk staff was attentive and responsive. Thank you!"

"Room was small which is normal with this style of hotel. They made the best use of space that they could have. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and inviting. I was very impressed with the beverage offerings in the room. There was enough for 4 decaf coffees, 4 regular coffees plus hot chocolate and tea. Candy was on the pillow. I would gladly stay there again!"

"This is one of those “ you get what you pay for “ the place is extremely outdated . Could hear the people talking through the walls . Beds could be updated . Better than sleeping outside in the heat I guess."

"This house was beautiful, property lovely, well managed and just an overall beautiful stay for my family. My grandchildren had a blast playing games in the game room and even playing cornhole out in the front! People in the neighborhood were very friendly and kind. There was even a beautiful location down the street to do some fun photography photos of my daughter!"
