"From our first minutes at the Safford Best Western Plus we were greeted by friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The property is situated in a quieter location off the highway, and behind other hotels that face the busy road...this helped our room to be more quiet. The exterior of the hotel has curb appeal, and the lobby and lounge area are inviting. Our room was spotless and looked great. The beds (2 queens) were very comfortable. I can't say enough about all staff members that we spoke with, every single one was quick with a smile and a friendly greeting(front desk, housekeeping, maintenance workers). We will be back😊"
