"Our family stayed at this excellent home. It is truly a home. It had everything you could ask for or need. It backs up to a cool arroyo-ish valley and is incredibly quiet and private. We were amazed... for a little more than one hotel room, we had the equivalent of a fairly large 2-story home. We needed 4 bedrooms and the space was perfect. We would have needed 2-3 hotel rooms and would have still been cramped... without all of the comfort of a home. And no hotel has a 2-car garage, with bikes and stadium chairs for use and a shaded back patio with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and dishes and all sorts of cooking utensils and accessories, along with a huge fridge/freezer (pre-stocked with bags of ice!). The rental was spotless, of course.We were all amazed and incredibly comfortable during our stay. I think it was just built in the past 2-3 years. The neighborhood is just off I-15, a very few miles NE of St. George, which is perfect. It is near a Wal-Mart and Costco, and all of the good chain restaurants, like Texas Roadhouse, etc.None of us had never tried a VRBO before and it was an excellent experience. We've been to St. George several times and this is likely going to be my last trip there with my grown kids. However, I loved the trip so much, I may just go back by myself... and still stay here, even though I won't need the space!"
