"We absolutely loved this property for my family of 3. We stayed in a suite and my son has his own room and we had a kitchenette. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We never waited more than a few minutes for shuttles coming and going to the parks. I read these reviews before booking and they were all correct. We will be staying here again once Epic opens. "

"Perfect place for universal and first trip to Orlando. After staying here and getting express pass, the location and overall experience is far better than disney. Express pass is the real bonus, makes the park experience so much better (and way better than disney if you want to avoid queues with a little one). Hotel great. Went to the Starbucks for breakfast every morning, they do cereals, milk, pastries, and lots of other stuff. Easy for little ones and very flexible. Refill water and drinks...

"The hotel was clean, had dining options, a large nice pool and pool area. The rooms we were given was spacious, clean, had a safe, sink, microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle to city walk came regularly and was air conditioned and clean. Only complaint was the parking. We needed to park for 15 minutes to load our luggage and check-out and we were told there would be a flat fee of $20. Ridiculous. "
